This is probably a long time coming, but I wanted to thank you for all your assistance on installing my swim spa. You answered all our questions and when we needed you to come down to the house to look at something, you came the next day. Service could not have been any better. You have no idea how this swim spa has changed my life. I’m in it at least two hours a day. One day I swim for 35 minutes, do crunches and leg raises, and then I relax with all the jets going. The second day I run for 20 minutes, row for 20 minutes, then do crunches and leg raises, and of course you have to relax as well! On the weekends I love having people over–it’s a great place for good conversation. I just want to thank you for coming down to the house and giving us suggestions on how to get the swim spa in the backyard. Life will never be the same again. Much better than just a hot tub I was going to get. Great service. Thanks.

I just wanted to say thank you for the great service. We really appreciate the quick response as our kids value their hot tub time more than playing games!! From what we noticed upon my return from a weekend out of town, the job was extremely well done. The interior was sparkling and the jets at full power again. Please pass along my thanks to the technicians who completed [..]

I wanted to thank you for the first class service you provided when I recently purchased my first hot tub from you. The home visit prior to placing the order was very reassuring and the installation and follow up has been excellent. I now wonder how I lived without one!

QUESTIONS? WE GOT YOU!

How much maintenance is involved?

Maintenance should include a weekly addition of bromine to keep the water sanitary, regular balancing of pH, alkalinity and other levels, replacing the water every three or four months, and an annual flushing of water lines. Creams, makeup and perfumes upset the water balance, causing foam and cloudiness. A quick shower before going in the hot tub is a good idea!

Do more jets provide a better hot tub experience?

The number of jets in a hot tub isn’t a good predictor of a hot tub’s effectiveness. Having the right jets, at the right strength, in the right places, will impact the quality of the massage experience much more than sheer numbers. Jets should be fully adjustable, targeted to specific muscle groups, and designed to massage those muscle groups in the most effective manner. Just like a good masseuse will use different techniques on different muscles, hot tub jets are not one size fits all.

Is more horsepower better?

A high horsepower rating can sound appealing, but if not properly combined with the right jets, plumbing, and flow control, it can be misleading. A lower horsepower pump in a more efficient hot tub will produce just as much jet power as a higher horsepower pump, and do so using less energy. In the end, it’s the massage experience which really counts, so we encourage you to test it for yourself.

What is the estimated power consumption?

The actual power consumption and cost can vary depending on the quality of your spa, how well it is insulated, how efficiently it operates, how often you use the hot tub, how cold your climate is, and the utility rates in your area. It is reasonable to expect an increase of $30 to $60 monthly for most quality spas, and more for cheaper units.

How do I know I’ve made the right decision when it comes to product quality?

A good warranty is critical to making sure your investment is well-protected, but it’s also only as good as the company’s ability to stand behind it. It is essential to read the fine print to check that they cover what they claim.

Are hot tub owners generally satisfied with their purchase?

Most people find that a hot tub increases their quality of life- better relaxation, communication, and other health benefits. The only time we see people shy away from buying a second hot tub is based on a poor experience with a low quality, low reputation brand.
